Volume 128 - Django Reinhardt - Gypsy Jazz

Man, what can I say? I just got the Django book and tracks from you today. Judas Priest on a pony what a helluva workout. Just what I wanted. Perfectomundo!! I know a lot of the tunes and so I just jammed and jammed until I noticed my shirt was soaked. Didn't even think I'd worked up a sweat. I don't know how the Hal Leonard book is, but I'm sure it's OK or you wouldn't sell it. All I can say is, you made one Djangophile velly velly happy with this setup. I don't know who's playing guitar and bass (didn't bother to look), but they comp perfectly. My poor old Gypsy jazz guitar is saying, "Whaaaaaaaattttt"??!!!!! What a great way to practice and get the chops up to par. Haven't practiced this much since years ago when I got your Ellington, Basie, and Burnin' Up CD's. You really filled a great void here, because no one plays this stuff where I live, and I have a feeling I'm going to be in the downstairs musicroom for a long time. In fact I may take the tracks to my single gig and play it through my amp for one set. Thanks so much for making this one. Continued success. Gotta go. Practice, practice, practice. I want to eventually play the Carnegie..........................Library, ha.
